Executive
Coaching

With executive coaching, Clint counsels your leadership team either one-on-one or as a group to uncover professional challenges and opportunities.

The goal is to improve the performance of your executives by developing their self-awareness, emotional intelligence and capacity to influence others.

Coaching can also guide promising employees to develop the right leadership skills and make better decisions to become the company’s next generation of executives.

How the Right Coach Can Guide Your Executive Team

The coach’s role is to 1) assess your leadership team’s abilities, strengths and weaknesses, 2) develop a plan with a clear path to a specific goal and 3) inspire your leaders to work toward their full potential and beyond.

An effective executive coaching program ensures success for your leaders, your staff and, ultimately, your organization.

Clint brings a structured, research-based, stakeholder-focused approach to every program. He radiates excitement, natural empathy and compassion during every interaction with your executive team. He’ll solicit feedback from your staff, identify key leadership behaviors that need to be improved and provide ongoing feedback to your executives.

Unlock your leadership team’s full potential with Clint.

Frequently Asked
Questions

How do I know if I need an executive coach?

If you’re operating at the highest level of your professional capabilities, then you don’t necessarily need an executive coach, but most of us have room for improvement. Transformational executive coaching will enhance an executive’s skills, improve their performance and allow them to see better results more quickly.

How does Clint’s transformational coaching process work?

Clint’s in-depth coaching process is designed to foster and accelerate the improvement of specific executive leadership behaviors to drive performance and deliver better results.

Will my executive coaching program be in-person or remote?

Clint recommends that certain parts of the coaching program be conducted face-to-face, such as the 360-degree company assessment and the one-on-one employee interviews. Other sections can take place remotely. The goal is to design each transformational coaching engagement around the executive’s learning needs and schedule.

What is a 360-degree executive assessment?

To help an executive improve his or her performance as a leader, it’s imperative to develop an accurate picture of the executive’s strengths, developmental needs and situations that bring out the very best in the very worst of the leader’s behavior. To perform the assessment and paint that picture, we’ll interview individuals who interact with the executive regularly. Then I’ll share the assessment with the executive confidentially to identify specific behaviors that need improvement.

What is a stakeholder team?

A cornerstone of great coaching is creating a stakeholder team of individuals who work regularly with the executive. Stakeholder team members are sanctioned by the executive to provide regular feedback. It’s extremely important to have an unbiased stakeholder team that can give an executive continual, candid, and targeted feedback on his or her performance.

How long will my program last?

That depends on the executives’ developmental needs and goals. Clint will take the time to understand your organization’s unique challenges and the executive’s needs before he builds a detailed strategy employing interactive coaching and ongoing assessments. Typical engagements last one year, but they can be renewed if the executive feels the need for additional support, feedback and counsel.

How far is Clint willing to travel for an executive coaching program?

He’ll travel to just about any destination, even internationally.

Once I hire Clint for executive coaching, do I need to arrange his travel and lodging?

Not at all. Clint makes all the transportation and hotel arrangements.
